They are in search of a Head of IT. The Head of IT will oversee ERP, CRM, applications, vendor management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role ensures that all technology investments align with business objectives and support the organization’s AI-driven vision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP, CRM, and Business Applications :
- Oversee ERP and CRM systems on the Microsoft platform.
- Align systems with business needs and provide actionable insights.
Strategic IT Leadership :
Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with business goals.Adopt emerging technologies to boost efficiency and performance.Lead the transition to cloud-based infrastructure.Team Management & Development :
Mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and innovation.Set performance expectations and provide professional development opportunities.Promote a learning environment for technological adaptability.AI and Data Analytics Initiatives :
Drive AI initiatives for process automation and machine learning.Develop a data analytics framework for better decision-making.Oversee data architecture and governance, ensuring data accuracy and security.IT Operations and Infrastructure :
Ensure the stability, security, and reliability of IT systems.Manage IT infrastructure, including networking and cloud services.Implement best practices for IT operations and disaster recovery.Cybersecurity and Data Governance :
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies.Ensure compliance with regulations and data protection laws.Lead data governance initiatives for effective data stewardship.Project & Financial Management :
Oversee IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.Develop and manage the IT budget, presenting proposals and financial reports to senior management.Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, acting as the liaison between IT and business units.Innovation and Emerging Technologies :
Explore and adopt emerging technologies like AI and cloud computing.Implement IT innovations aligned with strategic goals.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Over 8 years of experience leading IT teams and managing IT operations, including ERP, CRM, and business applications (preferably Microsoft platform).3-5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, focusing on cloud-based AI / ML workloads (Azure).Expertise in data governance, modeling, and security, with hands-on experience in Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure (both on-premise and cloud) and transitioning to cloud environments.Knowledge of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI), and risk management best practices.Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing service delivery.Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and IT budgets.Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience in AI / ML model development, automation, and cloud services is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing with senior leadership.Working Location : Singapore
