What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Associate position at Jacaranda Consulting?
Looking for an associate in the Litigation Department with four to six years of commercial litigation experience, ideally also with clerkship experience and/or complex commercial litigation experience. Insurance bad faith and coverage litigation experience a plus and desired.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required. * Clerkship experience and/or trial experience is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
