Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and responsible Childcare Assistant Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to providing a safe and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety and well-being
Support the lead provider with implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
Engage children in play, storytelling, music, and arts & crafts
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed
Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's progress
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
