Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support each child's development.
- Manage classroom behavior using effective strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Provide early intervention strategies for children who may require additional support in their learning journey.
- Collaborate with special education professionals when necessary to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
