Position Overview : As an Account Executive at Jack Bradley & Co, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through effective relationship management and strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base, fostering long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within potential client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
