Summary
The Philadelphia Inquirer is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our advertising sales team. This role will be responsible for driving advertising revenue across our multiplatform brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape, expertise in digital media, exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven sales history.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain your book of business by building brand equity, business development and advertising sales
- Generate a strong understanding of The Inquirer's products and media solutions
- Cultivate and develop client relationships on the client and agency sides
- Identify revenue opportunities with existing clients / advertising agencies to grow existing relationships
- Provide ongoing client management to partners including regular reviews of marketing plans performance
- Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, percent to goal, territory updates and opportunities along with region challenges
- Exceed annual revenue goals
- Contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment
