COMPENSATION: Compensation is salary base plus commission
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Be the expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest product technology
-Prepare & present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled & ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, green fuel options, hybrid tools, etc.)
-Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life.
-Direct clients to online tools available for reviewing vehicle options, packages, features
-Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
-Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
-Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
-Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
-Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
REQUIREMENTS:
-Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
-Prepared to be a “sponge” with Sales Managers
-Eager to learn about the automotive industry
-Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in & out Outgoing with a friendly personality
-Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
