Description
POSITION INFORMATION :
The Shuttle driver delivers customers to their work, home, or other location for the dealership. This is a part time position working 2-3 days per week. Approximately 25 hours per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Shuttle customers to requested destination.
- Pick up customers from requested location and shuttle them to the dealership.
- Complete a log at the time of delivery.
- Help maintain the professional appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
- Wash outside of truck as needed
- Be responsible for the basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle : check oil with each fill-up, ensure that the vehicle is lubricated the first week of each month, and get annual state safety inspections before they are due.
- Basic housekeeping, including but not limited to, trash removal, upkeep of beverage stations, and other general light building maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Ability to use computer and calculator. Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers and other contacts. Professional personal appearance.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
This is a physically demanding position. Will drive company-provided vehicles six to 8 hours per shift. Will be required to wear dealership-provided uniform at all times.
