Duties

- Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use Prolog and Primavera for project management tasks including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to guide construction efforts.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety measures.
- Manage materials inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of resources.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical assessments when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and Primavera.
- Strong understanding of pipeline construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage project costs effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, particularly OSHA standards.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
