Job Description : We are seeking a diligent and experienced Cleaning Area Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. As a Cleaning Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple locations within the designated areas.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure high-quality performance.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times across numerous client's facilities.
- Respond promptly to client requests and concerns, addressing any issues and taking appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including attendance, equipment maintenance, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for optimizing cleaning operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
