Pro Resources is seeking an Area Cleaning Supervisor for a client in Angola, IN. As an Area Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, inspecting facilities, and training new employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Apply Today!

Shift and Compensation

  • 3rd Shift (Weekends as Needed)
  • Compensation is 60,000 USD per year

Job Duties

  • Daily cleaning of specified accounts
  • Coordinate coverage for accounts as needed
  • Must be familiar with the cleaning expectations for facilities in assigned

    • territory.

  • Ensure proper training of new associates and communicate regularly

    • regarding expectations.

  • Keep accurate record of mandatory training for associate
  • Respond to customer complaints and instruct associates to correct the

    • problem.

  • Perform regular audit checks to confirm quality cleaning of patient rooms,

    • operating rooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, lobbies, etc.

  • Communicate regularly with Operations Manager, HR and other

    • management.

  • Mediate employee issues

    • Background Profile

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record and able to pass Vehicle Insurance Eligibility Criteria
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • Medical Cleaning background - Preferred
  • 3 years of experience, including supervisory - Required
