As a service coordinator, you'll be responsible for helping customers with all aspects of jewelry repair. You will inspect, clean, and advise clients on best repair practices for their treasured heirlooms. You'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clients.
Jack Lewis Jewelers has been a Bloomington institution since 1927 and we've grown, yet again, to where we need to add another full time service coordinator. The applicant does not need jewelry experience or even retail, but we are looking for certain qualities in our next service team member.

- Willing to work Saturdays
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with their jewelry repair needs
- Providing jewelry repair advice and recommending service to customers
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate repair records
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Participating in continuing education within the jewelry industry
