Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Formulation Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Weston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality formulations while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing, blending, and processing materials
- Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulation specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Identify and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Knowledge of production processes and familiarity with manufacturing equipment
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of formulation processes and quality control procedures preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
