Jack Miller Contractors is a full-service building and remodeling general contractor seeking exceptional Superintendents to serve the high-design and high-performance residential construction market in the Berkshires of Western Mass., Southern Vermont, and the Eastern Capital District of NY State.

Summary:
The Superintendent is responsible for providing oversight, administration, and field management of 1 to 3 active construction sites. They ensure the schedule and budget are safely met while delivering a quality project. They are the main contact for trade partners during construction. Superintendents assist during pre-construction to provide estimates of self-performed labor and trade recommendations and assist in developing the scope of work and schedule, while also consulting on the best means and methods for the project.
