What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Coordination
Partner with production and cross-functional teams to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables, translating creative concepts into actionable production plans.Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and workflows, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.Organize and participate in project meetings, capturing key takeaways and following up on action items to maintain momentum.Event Production & Execution
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technical teams to ensure production elements align with the overall vision and client objectives.Coordinate logistics, including venue research, permitting, equipment rentals, staffing, and transportation.Manage on-site operations during events, such as vendor coordination, set-up and breakdown, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless execution.Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to maintain smooth workflows and client satisfaction.Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress and gathering feedback to ensure expectations are met.Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality delivery of goods and services.Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals.Financial Management
Assist in creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliation of project expenses.Post-Event Wrap-Up & Reporting
Help compile and organize all project documentation, including final budgets, production schedules, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.Support in developing post-event reports, highlighting key learnings, successes, and opportunities for improvement.Contribute to the continuous refinement of internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Team Collaboration & Support
Support team members on multiple concurrent projects, contributing wherever needed to ensure success.Share insights, ideas, and solutions to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Mentor interns or junior team members, providing guidance on tasks and professional development.Active Participation in Jack Morton’s Community & Culture

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually, depending on relevant factors including experience, internal equity and market considerations. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
