We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and online submissions from customers
- Providing quotes and detailed information about our services
- Assisting walk-in customers with their inquiries and needs
- Scheduling estimates for residential and auto glass jobs
- Ordering parts and ensuring timely delivery for scheduled jobs
- Managing insurance claims and liaising with insurance companies
- Submitting payments and handling related financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the auto or glass industry. Training will be provided.
- Capable of using a tape measure.
