Disbursement Coordinator (Hybrid)

Jacked Co is seeking a detail-oriented Disbursement Coordinator to oversee and manage outgoing payments, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions. This role ensures that all disbursements are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute outgoing payments via checks, direct deposits, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
• Ensure payment accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all disbursements for reporting and auditing purposes.
• Reconcile outgoing payments with financial statements to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or failed transactions.
• Coordinate with finance, payroll, and accounts payable teams to schedule and track disbursements.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in payment distribution.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or finance-related roles.
• Proficiency in financial software and payment processing systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of transactions.
• Knowledge of banking procedures, wire transfers, and electronic payment systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
