Job Summary:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing the firm’s marketing strategies, managing all aspects of the firm's public relations, advertising, and digital marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in increasing the firm's visibility, engaging potential clients, and maintaining a positive public image for Jackeline Gonzalez Attorney at Law PLLC. The Marketing Director will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and the firm’s overall brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm's services, attract clients, and enhance the firm’s reputation.
- Brand Management: Oversee the firm's branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels (online, print, social media, etc.).
- Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including social media accounts, website updates, SEO, email campaigns, and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and press releases, ensuring content aligns with the firm's tone and messaging.
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute events, seminars, webinars, and community outreach efforts to build relationships with clients and expand the firm’s network.
- Market Research & Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform marketing strategies. Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, legal publications, and other organizations to increase the firm's visibility and manage reputation.
- Client Engagement: Develop strategies to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and foster positive testimonials and referrals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and collaborate with marketing team members or external agencies. Provide direction and guidance to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a legal, professional services, or similar field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
