St. Dominic Village is one of the leading senior care providers in the Greater Houston area. We are a faith-based, non-profit, continuing care retirement community dedicated to Caring for Our Elders with the Compassion of Christ.
As a ministry of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, St. Dominic Village provides a seamless continuum of care, comprised of short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, assisted living, independent living, the Archbishop Joseph A. Fiorenza Priest Retirement Residence, and respite care services.
Strategic Business Development & Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture high-level relationships with hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities, healthcare providers, referral sources, and payers to drive business growth.
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within the skilled nursing and subacute care sectors, focusing on market differentiation.
- Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Identify and implement a plan for new business lines.
Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and strengthen referral pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine brand positioning and expand outreach efforts within the greater Houston area.
- Analyze market trends and competitor insights to inform and optimize business development strategies.
Industry Expertise & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Leverage macro and micro-level healthcare data to guide strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes, reimbursement trends, and evolving best practices in skilled nursing and subacute care.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success in business development, sales, and marketing within the healthcare sector.
- Strong network and established relationships within the Texas Medical Center.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, reimbursement models, and payer dynamics.
- Ability to analyze and apply healthcare data to drive informed business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a related field.
