Join our team as a Mercedes-Benz Sales Professional in Tulsa, Oklahoma! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to represent our prestigious brand and deliver exceptional sales experiences to our clients.
- Showcase and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Stay up to date with Mercedes-Benz product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies and contribute to a positive work environment
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicle options, financing, and insurance products
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using CRM software
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
