Salary Range: $15.00 - $24.58 Hourly
Job Shift: Varies ( Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and serve all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk.
- Deliver food and beverages to Bingo players as requested.
- Operate kitchen equipment.
- Maintain portion control.
- Utilize proper stocking and rotation procedures.
- Operate Micros POS terminal.
- Assume responsibility for cash control.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Accept payment from guests.
- Balance cash drawer.
- Learn product logistics.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlet on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous fast food experience preferred, but not required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

- Knowledge of sanitary practices.
- Safe and sanitary knife skills.

- Able to lift up to 60 pounds on a periodic basis.
- Able to tolerate kitchen heat and congestion.
