Job Shift: Varies ( Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment.
- Follow appropriate sanitary practices.
- Maintain accurate portion control.
- Stock products as needed.
- Utilize proper rotation techniques.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous food service experience required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong food prep skills.
- Knowledge of proper sanitary practices.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Able to work efficiently and independently.
- Able to follow recipes and produce consistent food products.
- Highly self-motivated and dependable.
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Mobility throughout the facility.
- Able to work under stressful conditions.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis.
