Salary Range: $16.00 - $26.22 Hourly
Job Shift: Varies ( Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- As needed, directly supervise and coordinate activities of Dacotah Dining staff to ensure the delivery of quality products and service.
- Work opposite shift of Dacotah Dining Manager as needed.
- Assume a leadership role among department staff.
- Maintain and enforce department policies and procedures.
- Promptly address all guest and team member concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
- Maintain current knowledge of service procedures, menus, Micros operations and seating chart.
- Maintain accurate payroll, personnel, cash handling and sales records.
- Evaluate and adjust staff levels according to business needs.
- Promote a high level of morale, productivity and efficiency.
- Perform various lobby and dining area functions as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior food and beverage experience required.
- ServSafe certification preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Mobility throughout the facility.

- Ability to walk extensively.
- Ability to bend and stoop.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
