Salary Range: $11.00 - $18.02 Hourly
Job Shift: Varies ( Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Stock cart with product according to par list.
- Drive cart to assigned areas.
- Sell food and beverages.
- Accurately make change.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques.
- Follow all policies and procedures pertaining to responsible liquor service.
- Log in unsold items at the end of each shift and place items back in inventory.
- Turn in sales and cash till to Manager.
- Empty and clean cart.
- Put cart away.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to drive a vehicle.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong selling skills.
- Food and beverage knowledge.
- Cash handling accuracy.
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Mobility inside and outside of the facility.
- Frequent heavy lifting.
- Frequent bending and stooping.
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
