Salary Range: $17.50 - $28.68 Hourly
Job Shift: Varies ( Weekends)
Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Plan for daily operations utilizing information from golf employees and management.
- Direct staff as needed based on customer flow and activity.
- Complete daily walkthrough, gathering food and beverage inventories.
- Provide Food & Beverage Director with inventory information.
- Complete product rotation for all food and beverage items as needed.
- Train and develop staff as needed.
- Work with Human Resources Department to resolve employee issues.
- Work with staff to complete daily tasks.
- Attend all Food & Beverage department meetings.
- Prepare all banks and paperwork required each day.
- Monitor work levels and make staffing changes as needed.
- Inventory all products for beverage carts as needed.
- Complete all deposits for Food & Beverage operations, and notify Security for pick-up.
- Check all side work daily for accuracy and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a restaurant or bar manager or supervisor.
- ServSafe certification.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Accurate cash handling skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
- Equipment knowledge (front and back of house).
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Mobility throughout the facility.
- Extensive walking and use of stairs.
- Periodic heavy lifting.
- Periodic bending and stooping.
- Able to operate a beverage cart or golf cart.
- Able to move dining room furniture.
