Jackson Automotive Group is looking for 2 amazing individuals to shine at the DMV Title Clerk desk at our Toyota and Subaru locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of DMV experience, detail oriented, self-starter and team player. All applicants must have a valid drivers license. Thank you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process DMV paperwork on all new and used vehicles
- Overseeing that titles are processed in accordance with DMV regulations
- Posting and processing wholesale titles
- Responsible for tracking DMV shortages and letters to lienholders for title delays
- Other duties as assigned
- Wage DOE
Job Requirements:
- Previous automotive office experience preferred
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to pass drug and background screening
- Proficient with computers
- Must have good attendance
- Ability to communicate well with people, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
