DMV Title Clerk

Jackson Automotive Group is looking for 2 amazing individuals to shine at the DMV Title Clerk desk at our Toyota and Subaru locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of DMV experience, detail oriented, self-starter and team player. All applicants must have a valid drivers license. Thank you

Job Responsibilities:

• Process DMV paperwork on all new and used vehicles
• Overseeing that titles are processed in accordance with DMV regulations
• Posting and processing wholesale titles
• Responsible for tracking DMV shortages and letters to lienholders for title delays
• Other duties as assigned
• Wage DOE

Job Requirements:

• Previous automotive office experience preferred
• High level of attention to detail and organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening
• Proficient with computers
• Must have good attendance
• Ability to communicate well with people, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
