What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Jackson Avenue Pub?
We are looking for an experienced and responsible bartender/server who can not only tend to tables but lead amongst others. Managing any issues and overseeing positive guest experiences are imperative to this role.
During your shift you are expected to:
- Serve and bartend
- Oversee FOH and BOH staff
- Maintain positive guest experience
- Fix and correct negative guest experience
- Open and setup or close and breakdown bar
- Master POS and in-house processes
- Adhere to your own task lists. Delegate task lists to support staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
