Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling and the ability to effectively lead teams on-site. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as Primavera and other construction management software.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance).
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical work assessments and ensure all technical specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation using software like Prolog and HeavyBid for tracking expenses and progress.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement best practices in construction management to optimize workflow and enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multi level construction and hotels or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
