- Active team member in leading and promoting safety;
- Performing demo work;
- Cleanup general debris;
- Operating hand and power tools;
- Knowledge of basic carpentry/painting.

- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time;
- Demo/Rehab Experience;
- Ability to follow orders;
- Must be able to lift and carry 80lbs;
- Carpentry/Painting Experience;
- Ability to be a team orientated worker;
- Must have own method of transportation.
