In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our legal strategy by negotiating and drafting contracts, identifying potential risks, and providing vital legal guidance to business partners. What You’ll Do :
- Negotiate & Draft Contracts : Review, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, addressing potential risks and ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
- Provide Strategic Legal Counsel : Identify and assess legal risks and deliver actionable advice to mitigate those risks across various transactions.
- Collaborate & Support : Work closely with General Counsel, paralegal, and business teams to provide legal guidance on day-to-day operations, regulatory inquiries, and strategic initiatives.
- Legal Operations & Process Improvement : Assist with legal holds, e-discovery, contract management best practices, and process improvements.
- Regulatory Expertise : Conduct research on federal and state regulations and support responses to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries.
