Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with front desk duties including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Assist with bilingual communication if applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus and Procore
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
