**Position Overview**
Jackson Construction is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to amplifying our brand and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will blend creativity, technical skills, and leadership while embodying our core values.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and post daily social media reels to engage audiences and showcase projects.
- Capture high-quality photography and videography to highlight our work.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
- Coordinate events to promote brand visibility and community engagement.
- Write compelling copy for direct mail, email, and text campaigns.
- Design logos and branding assets for shirts, signs, and merchandise.
- Track and report on lead generation efforts to optimize marketing performance.
- Lead third-party marketing partners to strengthen relationships and maximize ROI.
- Demonstrate leadership by collaborating with team members and mentoring others.
- Communicate with clients to ensure alignment with their vision and needs.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing software.
- Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive copy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Starting salary: $45,000 and up, based on experience and immediate value creation.
