Job Summary:
The Corporate Accounting Manager oversees all accounting and finance functions of the organization. Ensures compliance with all applicable tax and accounting regulations, manages the preparation of financial reporting and filing of all necessary financial statements
and create forecasts predicting future growth.

- Be a Leader: Handle all financial operations
- Collaborate with Ownership: Consult directly with the owners on business strategy and operational best practices
- Broad Scope: Your role will include financial reporting, cost analysis, cash management, budget and forecasting, audit support, payroll and more
- Innovate: Review current processes/software to determine if changes are needed
- Family Culture: Work in a close-knit environment with many long term employees where your contributions truly matter
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all day-to-day accounting functions, including month/year-end close and financial statement preparation
- Communicate results regularly with ownership
- Supervise and mentor a small accounting staff
- Work hand in hand with Operations/HR Manager
- Maintain banking relationships, cash flow, and payroll/benefit administration
- Prepare budgets and interface with accountants for tax filing
- Handle all business insurance
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in accounting or related field with 10 years of experience
- Industry Expertise: Background in Real Estate and experience working in a small business environment is a plus
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experience with Microsoft COffice Suite; QuickBooks and Salesforce experience preferred
- Leadership: Analytical and critical thinker and someone who fosters collaboration across departments
- Hands-On: Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
