As the Manager of Corporate Accounting and Finance, you will be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the Sonepar Management Group (SMG) financial statements and SMG departments' forecasting and budgeting processes. You will work with the SMG leaders to drive fiscal accountability within their departments and meet regularly to align on budget and forecasting. You will partner across a collaborative team to leverage your leadership, expertise, and experience to implement continuous process improvements and standard operating procedures to gain alignment within our departments and operating companies.
What You Will Do :
- Monthly Close : Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis of actuals to budget / forecast variances.
- Forecasting / Budgeting : Prepare the Sonepar Management Group (SMG) budget and forecasts, manage P&L, and conduct ROI analysis.
- Ad Hoc Corporate Accounting Projects : Identify ways to standardize and drive efficiencies in accounting and finance practices.
