Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor leads operations across two Genesis Brand Centers, focusing on delivering operational excellence in a luxury environment. This critical leadership position reports to the Director of Brand Centers and collaborates with the leadership team and staff to support clients and guests.

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Liaison with building management and vendors
• Oversee maintenance and event coordination
• Manage supply orders and emergency preparedness

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Events, Guest Experience, and F&B managers
• Support scheduling, payroll, and business recaps

Event Management

• Collaborate on event logistics and execution
• Coordinate staff, housekeeping, and security for events
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction

Continuous Improvement

• Integrate feedback into action plans
• Focus on enhancing guest experience and service quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of successful leadership and operations management experience
• Background in restaurant, luxury retail, and/or hospitality management
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• High energy, excellent coaching abilities, and strong floor presence
• Ability to make independent decisions under time constraints

Working Conditions
