Operations Support Manager | Restaurant

Position: Operations Support Manager
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000
Reports to: Director of Operational Support

The Operations Support Manager at Genesis House is responsible for coordinating and managing various operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth communication between the Director of Operational Support and Restaurant Associates, and supporting event planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to collaborate effectively with various teams and possess strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Communication Management

• Track and manage communications related to manager, hourly, and chef schedules, reporting, meetings, deadlines, menus, events, and photoshoots.

Menu and Event Support

• Coordinate and assist with menu development and rollouts.
• Assist with event menu creation, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and F&B communication.
• Support event execution and create information decks for client presentations.

Operational Improvement

• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track and report guest sentiments, including review responses from RA management.
• Maintain consistency of information across all online platforms.

Event Management

• Maintain and update event platforms as needed.
• Assist in managing TripleSeat, including menu updates, lead follow-ups, and BEO accuracy checks.

Vendor Coordination

• Assist with coordinating outside vendors.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience or similar industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in event planning and execution, preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
