Responsibilities
Communication Management
- Track and manage communications related to manager, hourly, and chef schedules, reporting, meetings, deadlines, menus, events, and photoshoots.
- Coordinate and assist with menu development and rollouts.
- Assist with event menu creation, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and F&B communication.
- Support event execution and create information decks for client presentations.
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track and report guest sentiments, including review responses from RA management.
- Maintain consistency of information across all online platforms.
- Maintain and update event platforms as needed.
- Assist in managing TripleSeat, including menu updates, lead follow-ups, and BEO accuracy checks.
- Assist with coordinating outside vendors.
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience or similar industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and execution, preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
