Role Summary
The Vehicle / Facility Attendant plays a crucial role in the operations of Genesis House and Genesis Studio. This position involves moving vehicles between showrooms, preparing them for demonstration drives (test drives), parking and retrieving vehicles from various garages, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and transporting vehicles to and from dealerships for maintenance. Additionally, the Attendant will assist with various tasks within both experience centers.
This role reports directly to the Vehicle Drive Supervisor and provides support to the Curators who will be driving with guests. All team members will participate in an interactive training program that covers the brand, products, procedures, and operations.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $22.00 - $24.00 (based on experience)

Core Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Move vehicles promptly between inventory locations and demonstration drive areas.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure all vehicles in the showrooms are in excellent condition and ready for display.
- Power Connection: Connect vehicles to power inverters in the showrooms as needed.
- Safety Standards: Maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of guests, owners, and colleagues.
- Event Support: Assist with moving vehicles for events and product rotation within the showrooms.
- Maintenance Logging: Log and report any mechanical needs or maintenance issues for vehicles.
- Cleanliness: Ensure all vehicles on-site are clean and presentable for events.
- Facility Upkeep: Spot clean public areas to maintain the elegance of the experience centers.
- Daily Operations: Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Event Preparation: Help with setup, teardown, and general preparation for special events as directed by management.
- Customer Service: Represent the Genesis Brand by providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Brand Standards Compliance: Adhere to brand image standards and guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks as requested by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience driving a vehicle.
- Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor towards team members and guests.
- Ability to perform various vehicle maintenance tasks including washing, detailing, and fueling.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and requirements.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while walking or traveling between vehicle locations.
- Frequent standing or moving within and outside of the facility and vehicles is required.
- Ability to quickly enter and exit different types of vehicles during shifts.
- Must be able to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent walking, climbing stairs, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, and crouching is necessary.
