Job Description Summary:
The IT Systems Administrator will work with the Technology Manager to monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, provide user support on Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, and Microsoft 365. They will install, configure, troubleshoot, and support server and client hardware and software, including Microsoft, Linux, and various cloud solutions. Additionally, they will provide systems administration, back-ups, support and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Implement and manage security measures for Microsoft 365 services.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Administer and support the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

- Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's data and network.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement IT projects and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of network and server configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assume charge of Technology department in absence of Technology Manager.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft server administration, and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
- Experience with Windows Server environments, including Virtual Machines, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and network security.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , A , Network , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate - CCNA) are a plus.
