Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from inception to final project closeout.
- Engage in all aspects of the project including design, estimating, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality.
- Create an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning.
- Monitor field technicians to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with project Owners and Owners’ Representatives.
- Organize and procure materials and equipment for projects.
- Establish operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
- Attend staff meetings and company-wide meetings.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, financial reports, specifications, drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent customer-relations skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
- Ability to lead and organize a job and employees.
- Previous Project Management experience in the field is required.
- Driver's License (Required).
- Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.

Schedule
Full-time position with an 8-hour shift. Weekend work and overtime are available.
