Jackson Group Peterbilt is seeking a Semi-Trailer Sales Rep for our Idaho region
The candidate will be a dedicated and results-oriented trailer sales professional with sales experience. (Experience in the commercial vehicle industry is preferred but not required.) Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their trailer needs
- Sell a variety of diesel trailers including flatbeds, dump trailers, and more
- Provided product recommendations based on customer needs and industry applications
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals
- Maintain knowledge of the industry trends, competitor products, and new trailer technologies
- Work closely with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for the customer
- Attend trade shows, auctions, and networking events to generate leads
Qualifications
- Experience in trailer, truck, or heavy equipment preferred
- Strong knowledge of diesel trailers and their applications in different industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A valid driver's license
