The Sales Internship starts in May 2023 andgoes through July2023. All Sales Interns willbe paid hourlyand willhave the opportunity to earnuncappedcommissionbased on their activity and performance.
Each Sales Intern willreceive in-depth sales training and have some of the responsibilities that mirror what Full-TimeAssociates do at Jackson & Coker to help gain direct experience fortheirfuture career endeavors. Through the training process,theywill assist tenured Sales Associates to sellJackson & Coker's staffingservices to healthcare facilities as well as work withhealthcare professionalsto helpplace them in career opportunities all over the United States.This isa chanceto make an impactand transform lives incommunitiesnear and far.
The Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting the sales divisions by making daily recruiting and/or sales calls to generate qualified leads through strategic and engaging outreach. Uses consultative selling to present Jackson & Coker's services to prospective providers and/or clients.Provide all leads to senior sales associates for further consideration.
Additional Details:
High volume of sales calls to generate leads and interest with healthcare professionals for temporary placement in healthcare facilities and/or present Jackson & Coker's services to potential clients.
Conduct phone screensandevaluate provider'scredentialsfor different career opportunities.
Extract all details from the providers and/or clients and communicate that information to area Consultants.
Enters and updates provider and/or client information and other data into the computer database on an ongoing basis. Ensures quality and accuracy in information being entered.
Demonstrates quality customer service for both internal and external customers.
Complete training as assigned. Be an active participant and properly demonstrate the skills that you learned in training. Work with senior team members toqualifyand present listsof candidates for further consideration.
Maintain relationshipswith clients/healthcare professionals/salesteamsand keep them well informed ofdaily activity and continued progress.
Manage daily schedule of calls, follow ups and required training
Meet or exceed goals/metrics established by the company by utilizing resources and adopting best practices.

Basic sales skills preferred.
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Final year student at an accredited college or university preferred.
Recruiting and/or sales experience preferred.
Experience in phone sales preferred but not required.
