Since 1995 we've been connecting hospitals and physicians to take care of patients. We are seeking a motivated Technical Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting and managing telehealth hardware and software, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to projects that enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of telehealth hardware and software for clinicians.
- Provide first-level support for technical issues related to our online client portal, credentialing application, and in-house mobile app.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor and resolve support tickets in Salesforce.
- Participate in hardware testing, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing projects to improve operational efficiency.
