As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. In this role, you’ll engage with clients, conduct basic information intake, scan documents, enter data into our software, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during their wait times. Your efforts will make a meaningful impact on our clients' journey with us.

What We’re Looking For:
- Quick learners who can pick up training material fast.
- Shifts available are Monday-Friday from 10a-8p or 11a-7p, Saturdays from 10-6, and Sundays from 12p-6p.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and troubleshooting abilities.
- Prior customer service or experience working in a tax office is a plus but not required.
