Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and utilize analytics to inform decision-making.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee advertising sales initiatives across multiple platforms, including print and digital.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create effective collaboration sales strategies.
• Conduct research to inform product positioning and promotional tactics.
• Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including e-commerce strategies.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms and best practices.
• Familiarity with print advertising techniques and their integration into broader campaigns.
• Experience in advertising sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics tools for measuring campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with social media content creation.
