POSITION SUMMARY
Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Jeweler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional bench skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver superior craftsmanship. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing jewelry repairs, custom designs, and overseeing the overall operation of our jewelry service department. Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. (JHJC) was founded in 2013 in Jackson, Wyoming, and is located in one of the country’s most affluent counties. Our Founder works daily with the teams, as we provide our clients with jewelry crafted without compromise, using the finest materials and with unwavering attention to detail. Our company has and is growing substantially, and will be expanding further within Jackson, in 2025. In delivering on our mission of offering unforgettable jewelry in the Tetons, we are transparent and intentional in seeing every team member reach their personal, professional, and financial goals. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES.
- Proven experience as a Master Jeweler in a luxury jewelry setting.
- Proficiency in a variety of bench skills including repair, fabrication, and stone setting.
- Strong understanding of jewelry design, materials, and industry standards.
- Perform a range of bench duties including chain repairs, prong re-tipping, bezel repair, stone setting, casting, hand fabrication, polishing and finishing etc.
- Ability to operate and maintain various jewelry tools and equipment. Operate equipment such as laser welders, and manage inventory for tools, supplies, and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring follow-through on estimates, service issues, and after-service communication.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 10 years experience as a master jeweler/ goldsmith preferred, minimum of 5 years in a luxury environment
- Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and fine craftsmanship
- Strong presentation skills
