Summary of Responsibilities
Our Class I Secure Residential Treatment Facility is centered around evidence- based best practice treatments individualized for each patient and their needs. The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) will use their professional skills to assess and evaluate Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) patient to formulate a focused personalized plan of care to help individuals through their current difficulties and meet the requirements of their court. Patience, critical thinking, organization, and the ability to communicate both written and verbally are imperative for this role. Our smaller facility ensures that the Qualified Mental Health Professional can quickly connect with our patients, guarantee patient dignity, and make a positive lasting impression.

Qualifications

• Active fully licensed Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C) in the state of Oregon required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals in an inpatient or outpatient setting preferred.
• Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR.
• Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in all weather conditions to ensure reliability.
