This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a strong NetSuite background and a passion for process improvement and scalable growth.

In this role, you'll play a key part in streamlining operations across finance - while also mentoring a small team and influencing the company’s technology roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of 4 Business Analysts
• Optimizing and configuring NetSuite to support key business functions (manufacturing, procurement, inventory, supply chain)
• Supporting data integrations (APIs, data warehouses) and driving system enhancements
• Partnering cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement and implement smart, scalable solutions
• Creating clear documentation and training materials to support user adoption and long-term system success
• Leveraging your financial or accounting knowledge (a plus) to align NetSuite operations with business goals
