What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Jackson Jet Center?
Jackson Jet Center is accepting applications for a full- and part- time Customer Service Representative (CSR). Qualified candidates must have a good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word and multi-line telephone systems. Candidates with an FBO or aviation background is highly desired.
Weekends and evenings are required for this position.
The CSR must present a good image, have a pleasing personality, and even temperament. This is a fast-paced environment working with visitors, vendors, and coworkers. The CSR must effectively interact with all people with tact and professionalism. This position is also responsible for some administrative functions. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background (criminal history) check and drug test.
